RyokoLife is an AI-powered travel planning assistant that generates trip itineraries based on your input. The Service is currently in beta and is provided on an "as is" basis. Features, availability, and functionality may change without notice as we continue to develop the product.

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must not share your credentials or allow others to access your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Service by, any third party. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to: transmitting unlawful, harmful, or offensive content; attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure; and using the Service to conduct any form of fraud.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

RyokoLife uses artificial intelligence to generate travel itineraries and suggestions. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You should independently verify all information — including opening hours, prices, safety conditions, and travel requirements — before making travel decisions. AI-generated content does not constitute professional travel advice.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may reference or link to third-party websites, services, or content. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology underlying the Service are owned by or licensed to RyokoLife. You retain ownership of the content you create (such as trip plans and preferences). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RyokoLife and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided during beta without warranty of any kind.

1. Data We Collect

When you use RyokoLife, we may collect the following information:

• Google account information — your name, email address, and profile picture, provided via Google OAuth when you sign in.
• Trip data— itineraries, chat history, preferences, documents, and checklists you create within the app.
• Usage analytics — anonymised usage data collected via PostHog to help us understand how the Service is used and improve it.
• Feedback and bug reports — any information you voluntarily submit through the feedback form, including optional screenshots.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to: provide and maintain the Service; generate and store your trip itineraries; enable collaborative trip planning with people you invite; improve the Service based on usage patterns and feedback; and communicate with you about the Service when necessary.

3. Google OAuth Data

We request only basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) through Google OAuth. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google services. Your Google password is never shared with or stored by RyokoLife.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We use PostHog for product analytics, which may set its own cookies. Analytics data is used to understand usage patterns and improve the Service. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with third-party service providers solely to operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics). Trip data is shared only with collaborators you explicitly invite. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
